Volunteer Emergency Medical Services

City of Edna Bay EMS CommitteeThe City of Edna Bay provides maintains an active volunteer Emergency Medical Service team operated with support from SEREMS (Southeast Regional Emergency Medical Services), Apollo MT, the U.S. Coastguard and the Dept. of Homeland Security.

The EMS Committee works with the public to maintain local support equipment needs, hear concerns, provide training opportunities to volunteers, and offer Emergency response services to residents in need.

The EMS Squad Captain is Myla Poelstra.

EMS Committee meetings held every first Monday of each month, or as needed.
